Basilico (basil) brings the flavors of summer to anything you make. For this, the basil was infused and then removed presenting a beautiful olive oil. Try it with pasta, grilled fish or chicken. It adds even more flavor to pesto. Add to tomatoes and cheese, or even pizza.
