Pumpkin Honey Mustard FIVE ways!

Five Ways to Use Pumpkin Honey Mustard:

1. Spice up your average Turkey sandwich with our Pumpkin Honey mustard:


  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • Butter
  • 2 ounces turkey breast
  • 2-3 ounces of brie
  • Crushed Pecans or Walnuts
  • Arugula to taste
  • 2 ounces of Terrapin Ridge Farms Pumpkin Honey Mustard (find it here)


  • Butter both sides of the sourdough bread.
  • On one slice of sourdough bread add 3 or so slices of the brie.
  • Once melted and bread toasted, smother Terrapin Ridge Farms Pumpkin Honey Mustard on top of the brie
  • Add the turkey breast, crushed nuts, and arugula.

2. Smothered over goat cheese or within a brie en croute (brie en croute recipe below)


  • Full wheel of brie
  • ½ cup carmalized walnuts or pecans
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons Terrapin Ridge Farms Pumpkin Honey Mustard (find it here)
  • 1 egg, beaten


  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Place puff-pastry onto lined baking sheet
  • Dollop on around 1 tablespoon of Pumpkin Honey Mustard in the center of the puff-pastry
  • Place the wheel of brie on top of the Pumpkin Honey Mustard dollop and smush until it is even
  • Spread the Pumpkin Honey Mustard evenly on top of the brie
  • Top with caramelized nuts of choice(walnuts suggested)
  • Carefully fold the puff pastry on top of the nuts, Pumpkin Honey Mustard and brie.
  • Brush with beaten egg and bake for around 20-30 minutes, until it is golden brown and before it is oozing all over!
  • Served with crackers or toast.

3. Creamy Pumpkin Honey Mustard Ravioli or Tortellini


  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
  • ½ Jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Pumpkin Honey Mustard (find it here)
  • 3/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 8 oz of tortellini
  • ½ C chopped sweet onion
  • 2 Chicken breasts chopped into small pieces
  • ½ C chopped bacon or bacon bits
  • ½ Swiss cheese or cheese of your choice
  • Green onion or pepitas


  • Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the tortellini and cook until tender.
  • In a small bowl, whisk whipping cream and Terrapin Ridge Farms Pumpkin Honey Mustard (find it here) together
  • Add the dry white wine and whisk further
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the Whipping Cream Mixture.
  • Sauté until fragrant, around 30 seconds. Let sit.
  • After sautéing the chicken, add in the bacon and onion and cook until bacon is tender.
  • After onions and chicken are tender, turn the stove to medium.
  • Add in the tortellini and Pumpkin Honey Mustard Sauce and mix thoroughly,
  • Take pan off heat. After cooling, serve and garnish with green onion or pepitas.

4. Pumpkin Honey Mustard Encrusted Pork Roast


  • 1 pork tenderloin, sliced into 1 inch thick pieces
  • 1 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Pumpkin Honey Mustard (find it here)
  • ¼ cup apple cider
  • ½ cup powdered/grounded pecans
  • 1 cup extremely diced or shredded apples
  • ½cup brown sugars


  • Placed ½ jar and the pork tenderloin within a plastic bag and marinated for at least 8 hours
  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Mix together the brown sugar, apple cider, grounded nuts, shredded apples and ¼ cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Pumpkin Honey Mustard
  • Rub the tenderloin with the mixture and place in the oven pan
  • Rub and pour the remaining mixture on top of the pork
  • Cook for 25 minutes, let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

5. Pumpkin Honey Mustard Fall Appetizer

  • 1 jar of Pumpkin Honey Mustard
  • 1 bag frozen chicken tenders
  • 1 bag frozen mozzarella sticks
  • Vegetables of choice
  • Anything you enjoy dipping


  • Fry or bake the tenders, mozzarella sticks, vegetables, etc.
  • Open the Jar of Pumpkin Honey Mustard
  • Serve after cooling!
