I am available by phone Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm, EST. If you call me after that time, I may not return your phone call until the following business day. I am always available via email and I will try to respond to your email as quickly as possible.

Absolutely! Sometimes, a one-on-one meeting is the best way to make sure we know exactly what you want. If you're in the Tallahassee area and you'd like to schedule an appointment, just contact me at 850-544-4468.
Q: Do you do Custom Orders?

Yes! Custom orders are available and at this time, we do not charge a design fee. Simply contact us and let us know what you need. We will provide a few samples for you to choose from and we can go from there!
Q: Can I use artwork from one product for another?

Most likely, yes! We try to offer as many products as possible using the available artwork, but sometimes you have a need that is not shown. Simply contact us and let us see what we can do!
Q: Do you provide a Proof?

We do not provide a proof of the product prior to printing. At our discretion, some custom work will require your approval before printing.
Q: When will my order ship?

A:
We will ship your order out as soon as possible after payment is received and cleared. Normal turn around time is less than 5 days from that time.
Q: How will my order be shipped?

A:
Most orders will be shipped by US Priority Mail, which is usually received within 2-3 days from ship date. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped.
Q: What are your shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate of $5.95 on all orders.
Q: Are RUSH orders available?

A:
Yes, we will do rush orders for you. There is a $15.00 fee per order to have it processed and ready to ship or pickup within 48 hours.
Q: Do you make local deliveries?

We do not offer delivery service at this time, however your order can be picked up anytime- just let me know when you are coming!
Q: Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Residents of the sunny state of Florida will be charged 7.5% sales tax.
Q: What form of Payment do you Accept?

the polka dot press accepts personal checks and money orders that can be mailed OR major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover) via paypal. All payments must be cleared before your order will be printed, therefore paypal is the fastest form of payment.
Orders not paid for within 30 days will be deleted.
Q: What is your Return Policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for a refund. If we make an error on your order, we will be happy to correct and replace the product at our expense. Please be sure to carefully check your personalization information before submitting your order.
Q: Do you offer a Discount on large orders?

We feel our prices are reasonable and fair, therefore we are not able to offer a discount on large orders. We do, however, run specials and you will receive these by signing up for our monthly e-newsletter.
