What is the turnaround time for my order? TOP

We strive to have all orders ready for pick up or shipped within 10-14 business days upon receipt of payment.  If, for some reason, your order will take longer than that, we will contact you to let you know. 

Do you offer a RUSH service TOP

Yes! At most times of the year, we are able to RUSH your order and ship it out within 48 hours. There is a $20.00 fee for this service. 

Do you provide proofs? TOP

Typically, we only provide a proof for Custom Designs.  If you would like a proof sent via email, simply indicate that on your order and we will be happy to accomodate that request.

What if there is a mistake on my order? TOP

We double check all spellings before printing, but occassionally we do make a mistake!  If the error is ours, we will correct the item and get it right back to you. If the mistake was made on the initial order form, we will have to charge you to re-make that item. 

What Forms of Payment do you accept? TOP

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and payment through paypal. 

Do I have to pay Sales Tax? TOP

If you live in the state of Florida, we are required to collect Florida Sales Tax on your order.

Do you offer giftwrap? TOP

YES! We love to wrap things up in our adorable polka dot bags, so simply indicate that on your order! (there is no charge)  There is also a place to write your enclosure card message so that we can include that in the package. 

Do you accept Custom Orders? TOP

Yes! Custom orders are available MOST times of the year and we do NOT charge a design fee ! Simply order the items in the "Custom" Category and follow the instructions. We will never print your order until you are completely satisfied with the design!

I received a Gift Certificate- How do I use it online? TOP

To use the gift certificate online, place the item/items you would like to purchase by adding them to your cart.  During check-out you will be asked to enter the "Gift Voucher" code which will deduct the appropriate amount from your total.

Do you offer volume discounts? TOP

We strive to keep our prices low and fair, therefore we cannot offer discounts on large orders.  We occasionally offer sale prices on featured collections. 

Do you accept wholesale accounts? TOP

We are slowly growing a wholesale line.  If you would like more information, please contact us for more information. We will require a current Reseller ID number. 

Do you have a storefront? TOP
We are thrilled that we have opened our Store in Tallahassee, Florida.  It provides a place for customers to see the latest collections and it is where we create and package all of our products!  If you are in the Tallahassee area, visit us at 1485 Market Street.
